We’re Taku & Jocelyn and together, we’re taklyn the world! ;) Taklyn the World started as our second channel after we went full time on our main channel, Outdoor Chef Life. We realized we were going to some incredible places around the world and so many people wanted to see what we’re up to when we’re not foraging, fishing, and cooking. Turns out, we do a lot of searching for the best food, hikes, and kayaking spots!
We’re snail paced travelers. Meaning, we’re not normally changing countries every week. We’ve found spending time in a each place lowers the traveling cost and really lets us get to know each place. This year we spent the first 6 months of 2023 in New Zealand and we’re back in the US for the summer with plans to return to New Zealand for their summer. After that, who knows where we’ll end up but we’ll see you out there!
